I have been logging everything that I eat. There is a free online weight loss journal called Fit Day that I have been using. There are other online weight loss journals, this just happens to be the one that I'm using. Anyway, Fit Day tracks my food, activities, weight, measurements, and they have a journal for me to write anything else that I feel is relevant.
Logging my food has made me very aware that I have been over-eating. Too many calories. Too many carbs. Now that I'm aware of this issue, I can get it under control.
