Tonight I had breaded
tilapia with corn for dinner. Approximately
I breaded fresh tilapia fillets in Kraft Fresh Take Italian Parmesan cheese and breadcrumb mix and baked at 400 for 14 minutes. I ate one fillet with a steamfresh corn single.
I usually cook for myself, so I eat a lot of steamfresh singles. The remaining tilapia fillets are portioned into tupperwares and I'll eat them for lunch for the remainder of the week.
