Coach Laura is a certified nutritionist and when I asked her about post-workout protein, she suggested I use Syntha-6. My favorite is the Vanilla, but I also like the strawberry.

My favorite concoction with the protein powder is:

1 cup of Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp of Flaxseed
1 scoop of Vanilla Syntha-6 protein powder
1 banana
frozen tropical fruit blend.
