CrossFit Games 13.4
OMG! 13.4 official score=1!!!! It took me 4:30 and many attempts, but I clean& jerked 95 lbs. It was ugly, but it was up there. I really think half of it was mental. I didn't think I could do 95 lbs, but after I cleaned it I just went for it. Of course, I had to do a victory dance when I got it :) I really wish there was a picture of my C&J, but this very happy picture of my score says it all.

CrossFit Games 13.3
This was a rough WOD. I got "no rep'd" on probably half of my wall balls. Check out my butt!
After what happened last week with Josh Golden, everyone was a stickler for form. All of the judges were wearing this shirt... (I find it funny in an ironic sort-of way)
Here is how I'm doing so far... I'm pretty proud of myself.

CrossFit Games 13.2
When I saw this, I was scared.
I didn't think I would be able to do this. I had never lifted 75lbs from the ground to my shoulders and then overhead. CrossFit constantly surprises me and lets me know that I have strength I didn't know I had. I didn't put up an amazing score or anything, but I outdid myself and that is enough for me.

CrossFit Games
230 people from my CrossFit box signed up for the CrossFit games. The first WOD was last Friday night and it was rough, but the competitive environment and adrenaline made me have one of the best work-outs I've had in a while. I completed 40 burpees, 30 45lb snatches, and 30 more burpees. The next round was 30 75lb snatches, but I'm not at that level yet. I'm not complaining though, I did amazing. It was fun to see all of the other athletes in the spirit of the games. Everyone was hanging out at the box cheering everyone else on.
